Over the last ten years Liberty successfully gained direct government grants to ten international petroleum exploration blocks comprised of nine million acres. Five permit areas exist in the onshore Cooper Eromanga Basin, two in the offshore Gippsland Basin and two in the offshore Browse Basin of the NW shelf in Australia. Liberty has been equally successful negotiating farm-in contracts for each of its properties. Total farm-in obligations exceed one hundred million dollars in expenditure commitments and the drilling of seventeen wells.
